Legal Notice: What SiteAccessible Is and Is Not
A software tool for your visitors — not a compliance guarantee, a certification or legal advice.

Effective date: 5 October 2026. Please read this before you buy. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. What we sell
SiteAccessible sells one thing: a subscription to a script. You add it to your website, and it gives your visitors — in particular people with visual, motor, cognitive or other impairments — a panel of optional controls over how the page looks and behaves for them: contrast, text size, spacing, reading aids, pointer aids and similar adjustments. The subscription also includes a panel to configure it and totals of how often it is used.
2. What we do not promise
- We do not promise that your website becomes accessible. The widget changes how a page is presented to a visitor who chooses to use it. It does not repair your content or code: missing alternative text, wrong heading structure, unlabelled forms, keyboard traps, uncaptioned video and similar barriers remain exactly as they are.
- We do not promise that your website meets the law — fully or partly. We do not meet 100% of the accessibility requirements set by the government or regulator of any country, and the Service is not designed, tested or certified against the legal requirements of your country or your visitors' countries. This includes, without limitation, WCAG, EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act and its national laws, the EU Web Accessibility Directive, the ADA, Section 508, AODA and the UK Equality Act.
- We do not promise protection from legal action. Installing the widget does not prevent, and is not a defence against, a complaint, demand letter, lawsuit, investigation or fine concerning the accessibility of your website.
3. No licence, certification or legal advice
QROLLING LLC, the company behind SiteAccessible, is a software company. We hold no government licence, accreditation, registration or authorisation in any country to audit, assess, certify or attest the accessibility or legal compliance of websites. We are not a law firm, an accessibility auditor, a conformity-assessment body or a certification authority.
Nothing we provide — the widget, its “Powered by” credit, the panel, usage reports, the accessibility-statement link, the statements our generator builds from your answers, our documentation, our comparison of laws, our emails — is a certificate, an audit, an attestation of conformity or legal advice. Information about laws on our website is general reference material that may be incomplete or out of date. You must not present any of it as proof that your website is compliant.
4. What remains your responsibility
- The accessibility of your own website, and compliance with every law that applies to it, to your organisation and to your visitors.
- Finding out what the law requires of you. Requirements differ between countries, sectors and organisation sizes and change over time; ask a qualified lawyer or accessibility specialist in your jurisdiction.
- Anything you state about your website — in an accessibility statement, to customers, to a court or to a regulator. Do not state or imply that your website is compliant, certified or audited because it uses the widget.
- Answering any complaint or claim about your website. We are not a party to it and do not defend, insure or indemnify you against it.
5. Limits of the widget itself
- It is not a medical device and does not replace a screen reader, magnifier or other assistive technology.
- It may not work with every website, browser, device or third-party script, and may not suit every visitor.
- It is provided “as is”, without warranty, and our liability is limited as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
6. If this is not what you need
If you need an audit, a conformity assessment, a certificate or legal assurance, SiteAccessible is not that product and you should not buy it for that purpose. If you have already subscribed and this was not clear to you: You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason. Write to [email protected]; the details are in our Refund Policy at siteaccessible.com/legal/refund.
