Terms of service

The service

SiteAccessible provides a JavaScript widget that offers accessibility adjustments to your website's visitors, plus a dashboard for configuring it and reporting on its use.

Accounts

• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must be authorised to install scripts on the domains you register.
• One account per organisation; team members are added as users, not as separate accounts.

Acceptable use

• Do not install the widget on a domain you do not control.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.
• Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits or extract other customers' configuration.

Billing

Plans are billed annually in advance through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and handles invoicing, tax and refunds. Every plan opens with a 7-day free trial and no card is charged during it: cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. After a payment has been taken, consumer customers keep the statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights set out in the provider's buyer terms; business purchases are non-refundable once the period has started, except where the law requires otherwise. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the widget stops serving. Removing the script tag is the only change your website needs. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of the acceptable-use terms, with notice where practicable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including regulatory penalties arising from the accessibility of your own content.

Changes

We will give 30 days' notice of material changes by email. Continuing to use the service after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
