Our accessibility statement

How this website and the customer panel measure against WCAG 2.2 AA, honestly.

We sell accessibility tooling, so our own site has to hold up. This statement covers siteaccessible.com and the customer panel. It follows the structure of the EU model accessibility statement, and it is written the way we tell customers to write theirs: specific, dated, and honest about the gaps.

Conformance status

This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We assess it as partially conformant: most of the site meets the standard, and the exceptions we know of are listed below.

What we have done

  • Semantic landmarks, a single H1 per page and a heading order that never skips a level.
  • A skip link, visible 2px focus indicators on every interactive element, and no positive tabindex anywhere.
  • Menus and switches built on native elements or with full ARIA and arrow-key support.
  • Text and interface colours checked against 4.5:1, and non-text contrast against 3:1, in both themes.
  • prefers-reduced-motion honoured throughout, and forced-colours mode explicitly supported.
  • Readable and operable at 200% zoom and at 320 CSS pixels wide.
  • The site and the panel are served only in the languages they are fully translated into (English, Azerbaijani and Turkish), with the page language declared. Text that exists in English only is marked as English, so screen readers switch pronunciation.

Known limitations

  • The documentation and the legal documents are written in English only. On the Azerbaijani and Turkish pages they are marked as English and a note says so, but they are not translated.
  • The comparison tables on the home and pricing pages scroll horizontally on narrow screens. They are keyboard scrollable and have captions, but a stacked layout would read better.
  • Payment happens in Paddle's checkout, which Paddle provides and controls. We cannot vouch for its accessibility; if it blocks you, write to us and we will arrange the purchase another way.
  • Screen-reader announcements in the widget's panel have been tested with some, not all, combinations of browser and screen reader.

Assessment method

Self-assessment, combining automated checks with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. Last reviewed 3 October 2026. No third-party audit has been carried out yet; when one is, we will publish its date and scope here.

Feedback

If you hit a barrier on this site or in the panel, write to [email protected]. Tell us the page and what happened; we aim to reply within two business days and to fix the problem, or explain what we will do about it, within ten.

If you are not satisfied

SiteAccessible is run by a private company, so the enforcement procedure the Web Accessibility Directive sets up for public bodies does not apply to us. If our answer does not resolve the problem, you can turn to the equality body or the consumer-protection authority in your country.
