FAQ
Billing questions
What counts as a pageview?
One load of the widget on one page. If a visitor opens five pages, that is five pageviews. Reloads within the same minute are counted once.
What happens when I exceed the limit?
Nothing breaks. The widget keeps serving and we email you. If you stay over for two consecutive months we will ask you to move up a plan.
Can I change plan mid-term?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades are prorated against the rest of your year and charged immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?
Yes — registered non-profits, schools and public libraries get the Pro plan free. Write to us with proof of status.
